These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between ASHISH DILIP BOHORA or MOKUSEI INTELLIGENCE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the applicant ("you" or "your") applying for an education loan ("Loan"). By applying for and accepting a Loan from Mokusei Intelligence, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
**1. Loan Application and Approval Process:**
a. You must submit a complete and accurate application for the Loan, including all required documentation.
b. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation at any time during the application process.
c. Approval of the Loan is subject to our discretion based on factors such as creditworthiness, academic program, and other relevant criteria.
**2. Loan Terms:**
a. The terms of the Loan, including interest rate, repayment schedule, and duration, will be specified in the loan agreement provided to you upon approval.
b. You agree to repay the Loan according to the terms outlined in the loan agreement.
**3. Interest Rates and Fees:**
a. Interest rates and fees applicable to the Loan will be disclosed to you in the loan agreement and ISA.
b. We reserve the right to adjust interest rates and fees in accordance with applicable laws and market conditions.
**4. Repayment:**
a. Repayment of the Loan will commence according to the repayment schedule outlined in the loan agreement.
b. You are responsible for making timely payments in accordance with the repayment schedule.
c. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, penalties, and/or default.
**5. Default:**
a. You will be considered in default if you fail to make payments as required under the loan agreement.
b. In the event of default, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding balance of the Loan.
**6. Use of Funds:**
a. Loan proceeds must be used solely for educational expenses, including tuition, fees, books, and supplies.
b. You agree to provide documentation demonstrating the appropriate use of Loan funds if requested by Mokusei Intelligence.
**7. Communication:**
a. You consent to receive communications from us regarding your Loan, including but not limited to statements, notices, and updates, via email, phone, or postal mail.
b. It is your responsibility to promptly inform us of any changes to your contact information.
**8. Privacy:**
a. We will collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. By applying for a Loan, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
**9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mokusei Intelligence regarding your Loan and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. By applying for and accepting a Loan from Mokusei Intelligence, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you should not proceed with the Loan application process.
